Rate Exclusive:
- A mandatory Sabi Sand Guest Conservation Contribution (charged per person per night) will be levied to all bookings: ZAR151.80 per person for a maximum of 3 nights – valid to end 2022. This fee increases to ZAR190 per person effective 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2023
- Sabi Sand Reserve entrance fees, which are charged and payable at Gowrie Gate (Reserve entrance fees are subject to change without prior notice) ZAR310 per light vehicle, plus ZAR140 per person – valid to end 2022
- Transfers to and from Cheetah Plains, other than from Arathusa Airstrip
- Escort after dark from the reserve gates
- Gratuities, telephone calls, purchases and all other incidental costs
- Emergency medical evacuation, travel insurance and travel cancellation refunds (We highly recommend guests have sufficient travel and medical insurance to cover anycunexpected incidents)

FLIGHT OPTIONS TO CHEETAH PLAINS
- Daily scheduled flights are available on Federal Air from Johannesburg to Arathusa
- Daily scheduled flights are available on Airlink from Johannesburg and Cape Town to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, Skukuza and Hoedspruit
- Charter flights can be arranged by Cheetah Plains directly to Arathusa from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, Skukuza and Hoedspruit and other lodges
- Arathusa Airstrip: 20 minute drive within the reserve to the lodge
- Luggage limitations on charter flights: Soft duffel bag or soft case (20kg limit) only, no hard suitcases
- Private jets can travel directly to Arathusa Airport, by arrangement and are subject to terms and conditions.
- Please note that Arathusa Airstrip is only open for landing and take-off from 11h00 to 15h00 daily. Airstrip-passenger taxes apply to passengers on all flights

CHILD POLICY
• Cheetah Plains offers one interconnecting suite for families wishing to share
• Children of all ages are welcome, subject to the number of people travelling together
• The base rate is payable for the first 4 (four) guests, irrespective of age
• Children are welcome on game drives of age appropriate duration, at the discretion of the field guide
• Infant/Toddler rates include child minding services during game drive times
• Please request child rates from your Skybornetravel consultant.
IMPORTANT NOTES
A Sabi Sand Gate entrance fee of R 310 per light vehicle and R 140 per person applies, valid to end 2022, payable directly at the Gate. Subject to change.
A Guest Conservation Contribution Fee of R 151.80 per person per night applies, valid to end 2022 and will be added to the invoice for the accommodation at the time of booking. (Subject to change)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Provisional bookings will be held for 14 (fourteen) days.
After 14 days a 25% (twenty-five percent) deposit is required to convert a provisional booking to a confirmed booking.Should the deposit not be received the booking will automatically be released.
Cancellation policy per booking:
Cancellation applicable to abooking consisting of One Villa
If cancelled 90 -60 days prior to arrival: 25%cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl VAT) shall be charged.
If cancelled 59 -30 daysprior to arrival: 50%cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl VAT) shall be charged.
If cancelled 29 or less days prior to arrival: 100%cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl VAT) shall be charged.
CANCELLATION APPLICABLE TO A GROUP BOOKINGS CONSISTING OF TWO OR MORE VILLAS
If cancelled 120 -90 days prior to arrival: 25%cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl VAT) shall be charged.
If cancelled 89 -45 daysprior to arrival: 50%cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl VAT) shall be charged.
If cancelled 44 or less days prior to arrival: 100%cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl VAT) shall be charged.
