0 - 2 Years of Age: Free of Charge.
3 - 12 Years of Age: Kindly refer to our Hut Suite rates on page three of this document.
13 Years of Age and Older: considered an adult and will be charged Adult Rates.
A maximum of two children, aged 0 - 12, can be accommodated with two Adults in select Hut Suites only, on a double sleeper couch - NO EXTRA BEDS
CANCELLATION POLICY
29 days 14 days prior to arrival: cancellation penalty of 50% of the quoted amount will be levied.
13 days and less: 100% of the quoted amount will be charged.
No shows will forfeit 100% of the paid amount.
Cancellation policy is applicable to changes in rooms or room nights.
Cancellations and changes must be requested/made in writing.
In the case of an Open Air Suite booking being cancelled, the operator is credited to the value of the upgrade.
