Mana Pools Safari Lodge nestles close to Mana Pools National Park’s western boundary at the Ruckomeshi River. Set amongst riverine figs, African mango and Apple-ring Albida trees, the thatched chalets enjoy commanding views of the sweeping flood plains and the mighty Zambezi River. Frequented daily by majestic elephant, secretive kudu, buffalo, painted dogs and even lion (all of which often pass through the camp) the wildlife seemingly floats on shimmering heat waves, as they amble to the river to quench their thirsts.

General Information

As the only permanent luxury lodge within Mana Pools, the facility offers unparalleled comfort, game viewing and photographic opportunities, with Mana’s light and beauty unmatched anywhere on the African continent. The lodge has been tastefully built around many wild and ancient trees with a giant African Mango (Cordyla Africana) taking centre stage in the main dining and lounge area.

All lodges have fans, mosquito nets, a mini bar and complimentary tea and coffee facilities.

• Rates are per person per night (pppn) sharing.
•  Single Supplement – Per Person (pp) rate plus 30%.
• All Rates are fully inclusive of all meals, local beverages, selected SA wines, tea/coffee, water and guided game drives.
•  Guided game walks subject to availability and will incure an additional charge of USD$45.00 per person per walk.
•  All taxes & tourism levies are INCLUDED.
•  National Parks Conservation Fees are EXCLUDED, fee charged per person per night at USD $20.00.
•  Transfer between Mana Main airstrip and Mana Pools Safari Lodge is EXCLUDED, fee USD $10.00 per person.
•  Boat transfer EXCLUDED into and out of Mana Pools Safari Lodge - please see transfer rate sheet.
•  If transfering into and out of Mana Pools Safari Lodge by boat, River Usage Fees are EXCLUDED - please see National Parks rate sheet.
•  Visa costs and Medical / Travel insurance are EXCLUDED.
