Hotel Policies
CHILD POLICY
Infants aged 5 years and under stay free, with a maximum of two children per suite.
• Children aged between 6-11 years, sharing accommodation with their parents, will be charged breakfast only, with a maximum of two children per suite.
• Children occupying their own suite (family-friendly suites) will be charged a single occupancy rate for the room.
PAYMENT TERMS
• A 25% deposit is due within 30 days of the booking to guarantee the reservation.
• The remaining 75% is due 30 days prior to arrival of guests.
• For bookings made within 30 days of travel during peak season (August, September, October and 20th December to 5th January) a nonrefundable deposit or voucher must be paid within 72 hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• All cancellations must be given in writing to the Hotel by email to: info@skybornetravel.com and confirmed in writing.
• Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to date of arrival will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
• The Skyborne Reservations Team will assist where possible with cancellations, amendments or postponements.
