CHILD POLICY
Children of all ages are welcome. Cots & high chairs available on request.
Subject to availability of suitable accommodation of maximum 2 children sharing with 2 adults for a 1 bedroom self-catering apartment and maximum 2 children sharing with 4 adults for a 2 bedroom self-catering apartment. A supplement will be charged for a Family Suite.
Children 12 years and under, stay for free. Where bedrooms cannot accommodate children sharing with adults, separate rooms have to be booked in which case the hotel will decide on the applicable best rate available. These rates will apply for each extra room booked.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification.
Cancellation penalties are levied as follows:
Any reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival - 100% of the total invoiced amount applicable.
Any reservation cancelled within 14 days of arrival - 75% of the total invoiced amount applicable.
Any reservation cancelled within 28 days of arrival - 50% of the total invoiced amount applicable.
Cancellation penalties for Peak season less than 12 weeks' notice prior to arrival - 100% of the total invoiced amount applicable.
In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-book the room
