CHILD POLICY
CHILD POLICY
• Persons aged 12 years and older are considered adults.
• 0-3 years old: accommodated at no extra cost and may share with adults, depending on availability of extra single beds and /or cots.
• 4-11 years old: accommodated at 55% of the adult sharing rate and may have their own suite or share with adults, depending on the availability of extra single beds.
• Children cannot be accommodated at Royal ChunduIsland Lodge unless in the case of reserving the Island Lodge on an exclusive-use basis and then children are welcome with their families.
• Child rates are applicable whether children sharea suite with adults or not.
• Child-minding services are available at an additional minimal cost.
GENERAL POLICY
●A minimum of 2 nights required.
●We require a 50% (deposit)commitment fee, within 10 days, to confirm a reservation. Should we not receive the commitment fee within 10days the reservation will be cancelled.
●The balance of payment is required 40 days prior toarrival.
●Short lead-time reservations must be paid in full immediately.
●Direct transfers can be made into our bank account.
●All payments should be made in full and free of anybank charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation terms will apply:
1.If a cancellation is received more than 60 days priorto the due arrival date, the deposit payment will be refunded less a 10% administration fee.
2.If a cancellation is received less than 60 days priorto the due arrival date, a credit note will be raised. A 15% administration fee will be charged / deducted from the credit amount being held.
●Cancellation of a confirmed reservation made morethan 60 days prior to arrival due arrival date (30%non-refundable deposit received) will result in loss of the deposit.
●Should a cancellation be received between 59 and 0days prior to due arrival date, 100% cancellation penalty will be charged.
●Royal Chundu reserves the right to cancel reservations should full payment not be received within 60 days prior to arrival.
