About Sala Beach House, African Synergy
Offering barefoot elegance in a tropical haven, Sala Beach House is the newest gem on KZN’s North Coast. This boutique hotel sits overlooking the resplendent Thompsons Bay, nestled between the vibrant coastal towns of Salt Rock and Ballito.
The main house perches on the seafront, featuring four guestrooms and three suites. With private balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the idyllic Indian Ocean, the rooms here provide a restful space from which to harness the healing power of nature. Beach-inspired tones and natural materials complement thoughtful touches such as extra-length King-size beds, deep-soaking bathtubs, stocked beach bags and yoga mats.
There is also a self-contained three-bedroom villa for families or groups wanting extra space and privacy. The main living area features a spacious dining / lounge area and a full kitchen, while outside the large terrace and sparkling private pool offer space to enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean.
Rate Inclusive:
- Sala Beach House rates are per person, per night. Sala Beach Villa and Exclusive Use rates are per night
- Rates include 15% VAT.
- Rates are inclusive of accommodation, breakfast, one bottle of wine per room per stay, daily sunset canapés, and a daily cocktail of the day per person.
- Minimum 4 Night Stay from 15 December to 7 January

CHILD POLICY
Children over the age of 12 are welcome at Sala Beach House.
PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATIONS
• All bookings must be made in writing via email to bookings@skybornetravel.com
• By confirming a reservation, you accept our booking terms and conditions which are binding.
• Provisional bookings made more than 3 months in advance, will be automatically released after 7 days if a deposit has not been received.
• Provisional bookings made less than 3 months in advance, will be automatically released after 48 hours if a deposit has not been received.
• Should the above release time not be suitable, please feel free to contact us to discuss alternate arrangements.
DEPOSIT & BALANCE OF PAYMENT
• No reservation shall be confirmed until a 30% deposit is received, failing the booking may be cancelled the reservation and the reservation will be released. Deposits are calculated for the full duration of the stay.
• Full pre-payment is required 30 days prior to date of arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made.
• We reserve the right to cancel a reservation should we not receive this payment timeously.
• All guests are required to pay, prior to departure, all sundry charges incurred at the hotel. Please note that only cash & credit / debit cards are accepted at the hotel.
CANCELLATIONS:
• Cancellations must be received in writing via email to bookings@skybornetravel.com
• The following amounts are payable if an FIT reservation is cancelled:
10% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to arrival date.
45% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
90% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival date.
100% of the quoted rate for a no-show booking.
