EXTRA PERSON, CHILD & FAMILY POLICY
▪ A maximum of two (2) adults are permitted to occupy one double room.
▪ If three (3) adults are travelling or two (2) adults and one (1) child, a second (2nd) room will need to be booked and will be charged the full room rate.
▪ On request and subject to availability an extra bed can be placed in a Suite or Premier Suite only for a child under the age of 12. An additional cost of R1,300.00 per night will be levied, this is inclusive of breakfast for the child.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
▪ Check in time is 14h00. Check-out time is 11h00.
▪ Early check in (after 06h00) or late check out (up to 18h00) will be charged 75% of one night’s bed and breakfast rate, after which an additional night’s room charge will be levied.
▪ Guaranteed early check in or late check out will be subject to one full night’s bed & breakfast rate.
BLOCK-OUT DATES: 21th December 2023 to 3rd January 2024 (inclusive) - Festive Season
▪ A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for any stay over the above-mentioned block-out dates.
▪ All arrivals between the above dates will be secured against a 100% non-refundable payment to be made at least 60 days prior to arrival.
▪ The Liz McGrath Collection reserves the right to release any reservation for which adequate guarantee is not provided.
