Complimentary cots can be provided on request.
Children 0-6 years stay complimentary.
Children 7-10 years stay at 50% of the adult rate.

Check in time is at 14h00; guests arriving earlier are welcome to use hotel facilities.
Check out time is 11h00 ; late departures will be accommodated where possible but are subject to occupancy / availability
PAYMENT
A 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation at least 30 days after written confirmation.
Full and final payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Extras may be settled on departure.
Rates are valid at the time of booking, but until such time as full and final payment has been received, the price is subject to change without notice.
Should payment not be received as stipulated, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event of there being an unscheduled postponement of a reservation caused by bad weather, strikes or any other matter beyond our control, it is understood that expenses incurred will be for the client’s account.
CANCELLATIONS:
CANCELLATION
Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification.
Cancellation penalties are levied as follows:
Any reservation cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date – a charge to the full value (100% of the total invoiced amount) be applicable.
Cancellation penalties for Easter and 21 Dec – 04 Jan – less than 12 weeks’ notice prior to arrival – 100% of total invoiced amount.
In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-book the room.
