Kubili House, situated in the Greater Kruger National Park, promises luxury from the moment you arrive. An outstanding wildlife viewing experience is only the beginning of your experience.

The goal isn’t to simply beat your expectations, it’s to leave them in the dust. This starts with the all-inclusive rate*. You’ll enjoy the fine details such as yesteryear leather on the Land Rovers, or the experiential moments as you camp under the stars. In between, Kubili House will entice you with out-of-this-world culinary experiences inspired by our acclaimed New York Chef. From beginning to end, these are the moments you will treasure forever.

• On site activities: archery, yoga, massages, art workshops. Yoga instructor, masseuse and/or artist will be on site on request on a complimentary basis during full days of the booking (not on day of arrival or day of departure).
• Camping experience: available May – Aug (weather permitting) and available to up to 4 guests at a time.
• All meals, wines, spirits, beers and cigars (this includes any imported items).

GENERAL POLICY

CHILDREN:

1.  Kubili House welcomes children of all ages. 
2. Enquiries including one or more children under 12 will automatically be allocated one full-time childminder at a charge of $300 per day. Charges will automatically be added to the accommodation invoice. Charges will also apply per half day (day of arrival and day of departure). 
3. Unless Thornybush Game Reserve imposes stricter regulations, children may participate in game drives from any age; in bush dinners and camping experience from 12 years; and in walking activities and Segway safaris from 16 years. In the interest of safety, the participation of children in safari activities is at the discretion of the guide. 
4. Children under 12 participating in safari activities (game drives) must be accompanied by at least one of the parents or the childminder. 

NOTES

1. Rates are quoted for the exclusive use of Kubili House, per night, based on the number of guests in a booking (not per person per night).
2. All bookings are subject to a minimum 4-night stay. 
3. Kubili House can sleep a maximum of 10 guests. 
4. Kubili House is a residence comprising three bedroom-suites which are accessible from the interior dining and lounge area, and two individual 1-bedroom Villas (Five bedroom-suites in total). At the time of enquiry, please include demographics in terms of adults: number of doubles, singles and twins; in terms of children: number, ages and gender of children per set of parents. This will assist our reservations manager to assess and correctly advise you whether Kubili House is suited to your enquiry in terms of its lay-out. 
5. Check-in: from 14h00. Check-out: before 11h00. Guests wishing to check in before 14h00 and/or check out after 11h00 are required to book an additional night at the day-use rate: 55% of the nightly rate applicable to the booking. We suggest that guests travelling via Hoedspruit Airport (Eastgate), ensure they book their inbound flight for earliest ETA HDS 13h30. 
6. Kubili House is authorised to operate safari activities with a maximum of 2 game drive vehicles in the Thornybush Game Reserve. Bookings of 1-8 guests are allocated one vehicle. A second vehicle by prior arrangement. Bookings of 9-10 guests are allocated two vehicles automatically.
