CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations should be confirmed in writing.

A 100% deposit is required to confirm any booking.

Detailed terms & conditions will be forwarded on request.

A percentage of the quoted room rate will be charged for rooms that are cancelled within 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation, as follows: 

• Within 4 weeks – 25%
• Within 2 weeks – 75%
• Within 3 weeks – 50%
• Within 1 week – 100% 

 A 4% handling fee, based on the deposit amount paid, will be deducted from any bookings cancelled prior to four weeks before the date of travel.
