PAYMENT POLICY

A 50% deposit to hold a confirmed reservation. The deposit is due 48 hours after making the reservation.

In the event of a provisional reservation not being secured with a deposit, the property reserves the right to release the provisional reservation within 48 hours.

The balance for the accommodation value is due 30 days prior to arrival.

We accept Visa & Mastercard through our online payment gateway. No payments are taken directly at the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation made 60 to 31 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation.

Cancellation made 30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation.

Any refund is subject to a 5% administration fee.
