CHILD POLICY
Young adults: 12-16 years 75% of adult rate IF sharing with a minimum of 02 adults.
Children 5 - 11 years 50% of adult sharing rate whilst sharing & 75% of adult rate while in own room (MIN. 2 children)
Children below 5 years The first child is free of Charge on the full board or Game Package. The second child is to pay 50% of the adult sharing rate.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
RATES EXCLUDE: Lumo Conservancy fee of USD 37.00 per adult per night
USD 19.00 per child per night (up to 18 years), beverages, transport to/ from Camp & any game activities, airstrip transfers, excursions, extra meals, gratuities & tips and items of personal nature.
BOOKING TERMS: A 20% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
Full payment is required a minimum of 30 days prior to clients' arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 45-31 days: 50% cancellation charges; 30 days or less: 100% cancellation charges
