CANCELLATION POLICY

• All reservations should be confirmed in writing. A 100% deposit is required to confirm any booking.
• Detailed terms & conditions will be forwarded on request.
• A percentage of the quoted room rate will be charged for rooms that are cancelled within 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation, as follows: 

• 45 – 31 Days – 25%
• 14 – 1 Days – 100%
• 30 – 15 Days – 50%
• No Shows – 100% 

A 4% handling fee, based on the deposit amount paid, will be deducted from any bookings cancelled prior to 45 days before the date of travel.
